The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SaudiCatch ("SaudiCatch," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, submitting a press release, subscribing to our newsletter, or accessing saudicatch.com, you agree to these Terms.
If you don't agree, please don't use SaudiCatch. Simple as that.
These Terms apply to two types of users:
- Brands who use SaudiCatch to distribute press releases
- Readers who access content published on the platform
Accounts
Brand accounts are required to submit press releases. Reader access doesn't require an account, but newsletter subscription does.
Account eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- You must have authority to legally bind the brand or company you represent
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You must keep your account credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account
Account termination
You can close your brand account at any time by emailing hello@saudicatch.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — typically with notice and a chance to remedy the issue, except in cases involving fraud, serious abuse, or legal violations where immediate suspension may be necessary.
Important: Account closure does not unpublish previously-released content. Releases remain on the public archive after your account ends. Permanence is the value.
Publishing packages
SaudiCatch offers four publishing packages:
- Single — one press release published on the feed
- Standard — release with Row 1 placement, newsletter inclusion, and social cross-posting
- Hero — release with Hero carousel placement, 7-day site-wide boost, and editorial copywriting
- Annual — unlimited single releases plus 12 standard upgrades per year, intended for chains and large brands
Pricing is published on the For Brands page. The first 50 brands receive founding-rate pricing locked in for 12 months from account creation. After the founding period or for the 51st brand onward, standard pricing applies.
We reserve the right to revise pricing for new releases or new brands at any time, with 30 days' notice for existing customers on annual plans.
Your content
When you submit a press release, you grant SaudiCatch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Publish the release on saudicatch.com
- Translate it between Arabic and English
- Distribute it via our newsletter and social channels
- Optimize it for search engines
- Include it in our archive indefinitely
- Reference it in marketing materials about the platform
You retain ownership of your content. We don't claim copyright over your press releases or brand assets.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have legal rights to publish the content you submit
- The content does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
- The factual claims in your release are accurate to the best of your knowledge
- The content does not violate Saudi law or these Terms
Editorial review
Every submitted release goes through editorial review before publication. We may:
- Edit for clarity, format, length, and language consistency — minor edits without consultation
- Request revisions for material content changes — we'll contact you before publishing
- Decline to publish any release that violates these Terms, contains misinformation, or doesn't meet our editorial standards
- Add standard attribution indicating the release was submitted by your brand
If we decline a release, we'll explain why. If you've already paid, we'll either work with you to revise the release for re-submission or refund your payment for that specific release. We are not obligated to publish anything we believe violates law, harms readers, or compromises the integrity of the platform.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SaudiCatch to:
- Publish false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Impersonate another brand or person
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others
- Defame, harass, or threaten anyone
- Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operation
- Promote illegal activity or content prohibited under Saudi law
- Sell, transfer, or share your brand account with another party without our written consent
- Scrape or systematically download content from the platform without permission
- Post content that exploits or sexualizes minors, or that is hateful, discriminatory, or violently extremist
Violations may result in immediate suspension, removal of content, refusal of refunds, and where applicable, referral to authorities.
Payments & refunds
Payment processing
All payments are processed through our payment partners. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected package. All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Single & Standard & Hero packages
One-time payments per release. Refunds are available only if:
- We decline to publish your release for editorial reasons (full refund), or
- Technical failure on our end prevents publication (full refund)
Once a release is live on the platform, payment is non-refundable.
Annual packages
Billed annually, in advance. You may cancel at any time, but we don't offer pro-rata refunds for unused months. We will not auto-renew without your explicit consent for the next billing cycle.
Removal & takedown
SaudiCatch publishes releases as a permanent archive. We do not remove published releases on request except in specific circumstances:
- Factual errors we made — we'll correct or update the release
- Legal demand from a competent Saudi authority
- Court order from a Saudi court
- Defamation or rights violation proven through documented complaint
- The submitting brand requests removal under exceptional circumstances — we evaluate case-by-case and may decline
If you believe content on SaudiCatch infringes your rights or violates law, send a written notice to legal@saudicatch.com with: identification of the content, your contact information, statement of grounds, and proof of your rights.
Intellectual property
SaudiCatch (including the SaudiCatch name, the italic-accent logo, the website design, code, and editorial work product) is owned by us and protected under Saudi and international intellectual property law.
Brand names, logos, and trademarks of submitting brands remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute SaudiCatch's design, code, or branded materials without written permission.
Disclaimers
SaudiCatch is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep the platform reliable, we don't guarantee:
- That the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available
- Specific reach, click-through rates, search rankings, or business outcomes from publishing a release
- That third-party content (including content from other brands) is accurate
You use the platform at your own discretion and risk.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaudiCatch's total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.
You agree to indemnify and hold SaudiCatch harmless from claims arising out of content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated via email to brand accounts and via banner on the site for at least 14 days. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
